So in Boston, MA the last few days have been a mess weather wise and im slowly getting so sick with what feels like a head cold, runny/stuffed up nose, coughing, hot / cold not sure if i had or have a fever but just over all im on empty. Any home comforts or things i can safely take at 12weeks pregnant ?

    I'd talk to your OB. I know that Tylenol is ok, but I try to use it very sparingly. Maybe there are some natural remedies that others have used that they can recommend?
