asymmetrical teeth

So, Haley has had 3 teeth on the bottom for about 2 months now - the two central incisors and then another tooth on the left. Her top two just popped through last week and now I'm seeing another little white bud on top, also on the left of her 2 central incisors. Nothing on the right side of her mouth. Lizzy is a few weeks behind Haley as far as teeth but is showing the same pattern - 3 teeth on bottom, the 3rd is on the left. She has no tops yet. Is it weird that they don't seem to be getting any teeth on the right side, only the left? I thought teeth usually came in pairs?

I'm not sure as Olivia only has the two bottom, but I think there have been other moms on here who have said their lo's teeth came in in random order. Maybe your Los' pairs come in top/bottom form and the right ones will come in next?

Jonathan had his two top central incisors come in before anything else. He looked like a little vampire for about a week before one and then the other middle top teeth came in, then he got 2 on the bottom. I did a lot of research and asked my pedi and he said teeth really come in no particular order, and he was totally fine.

D has 9ish teeth. Her 9th one keeps coming and going....poor kid. Hers are symmetrical, but I don't think it is abnormal if it's not.

It just looks so weird! It makes her smile seem kind of crooked.

Milo only has two teeth, but his right one came first and he didn't the left one for a little while after.

Asymmetrical teeth here. My LO has only 2 teeth so far: bottom front left and top front right.

We only have one lone tooth. It's been there for about 2 weeks now, I'm still waiting for signs of a second.

Lo has the two middle on the bottom and then one of the middle ones on the top along with the two fangs. Missing that other top middle tooth makes her look VERY redneck.

Jude got his first tooth at 4 months old and didn't get another until 5 months. He's had 3 on bottom now forever but 4 on top. They all came in so random.
