Introducing myself

Hi ladies! I just discovered this board and I'm so happy to have stumbled across it. I tried for about 3 years to get pregnant with my first. She will be 1 next Friday. After many negative HPT we decided to do IVF and I was lucky enough to get my BFP on the first try. However, my RE told me thAt if I wasn't pregnant after 3 months of trying for the second one that I most likely would need help again. I have suffered bad endo for many years and have had 3 laparoscopies. Due to the surgeries and severe endo my egg quality is pretty bad. We've been trying for 9 months now and nothing. IVF just isn't an option anymore due to lack of financials. We've decided for me to stay at home with DD so I haven't worked since March . Plus, I don't have any frosties from the first cycle. Every month I hope it's my time, I would love to know that I can get pregnant the old fashioned way! I feel extremely blessed to have my DD but I would love to give her a sibling. She is always around my nieces and just seems to love the child interaction. I don't temp right now, but most like will after the 1 year mark. Sometimes I feel like maybe it's not in the cards for me and that I should be happy with all that I do have but it would be great! Hopefully I'll be chatting with all of you more. Welcome!! We have similar stories. I also have endo and have had 3 laps done. We've been TTC #2 for a little over a year now. I'm heading back to the doc next month.
