Dating scan tomorrow scared after bleeding!?!

I am roughly 9 weeks but have my dating scan tomorrow. I'm scared that I have miscarriaged and don't want to go to the appointment. I have had on & off light spotting since Friday. I had an anti d shot on Friday just in case coz I have negative blood. I haven't had any other reasons to believe I have had a miscarriage tho! Gah.
