Good appointment yesterday, but rough end of day

Morning ladies! So yesterday I had my official "1st OB appt" although I had two previous ultrasounds. The appointment went really well. I am measuring on target (8w 5d) and the baby's heartbeat was 176. The tech helped ease my PGAL brain at the moment by telling me that with my progression the risk of miscarriage drastically declines. I left there feeling positive and cautiously optimistic.
Then I went to my PT job where I do in home therapy with kids and adolescents. When I got there, my client was not in a good place, experiencing a psychotic episode. I was Ok for a while until she started screaming, kicking and throwing things. It brought me back to a really bad place where I was at a home and my client was threatening to kill her mother and was out of control. At that time I was about 6 weeks pregnant and was extremely stressed. That evening I went home and started spotting, which eventually led to full out bleeding and I miscarried. That situation would not get out of my mind last night. I definitely didn't feel as stressed last night as I did in the other situation but think my PGAL brain was in full effect. I was feeling a little pressure but no cramping, which of course freaked me out. I am thinking it may be because I had to pee when I got there and was there for three hours de-escalating the situation and didn't pee.
When I told H later, he freaked out and told me I need to stop working with this client. I know he was high on emotion.
Sorry for the long winded story but I wanted to share some good news and vent about how my day absolutely turned my PGAL from good to bad.

I would feel really bad as I have been working with her for a year. It sucks because it isn't her fault because her APN keeps messing with her meds. When stable she is great. She is going to the hospital which will give me a little break and a chance for her to get stable.
Congratulations on the great appointment!
I'm so sorry about the stress, that had to be incredibly scary. I understand your H freaking out, mine would do the same. I hope your client's stay in the hospital stabilizes her and you don't have to deal with this again!

Sorry about the work stress. I had to let go of a few clients that I saw in their home just for safety sake... it's hard to leave your clients, especially when you've been with them a while. Hugs. Hope it all works itself out.

@meladoriestar this is a private client I see. If it were my FT job it would be a little different because I could always have a co-worker step in. Luckily my caseload at the school is pretty tame (as I go and knock on some wood).
