Round ligament pain

I had it slightly with DD but tonight it's a constant sharp pain. What have you done to relieve it. Down right sucks...

    Mine goes away after a few minutes (or less) of lying still, and mostly only comes on with quck movement - or dumb roll over the pillow bump on my belly in bed, like last night! I dont know about sharp constant, sorry :-(
