I am on an antagonist protocol and I am taking Gonal f, menopur, and cetrotide. I have been taking all three in a row around the same time at night. I prepare and mix the shots then line up the needles.
Both of my REs had me space out the Menopur and Follistim (or Gonal-F) by 12 hours. So I would do the Menopur at 8:30am, and the Follistim 8:30pm. They were pretty strict about that, for whatever reason. I did Ganirelix (Cetrotide) in the AM.
Me: 34 / DH: 33
19-year history of endometriosis. Multiple surgeries and cyst removals. Forced directly into IVF due to blocked tubes and severe adhesions.
IVF w/ICSI and CCS #1 - Dec 2013 - Only 1 normal. Ended in CP

That's so interesting! I wonder what they're reasoning is. I'd be really curious.

IVF prep September 2013 cancelled due to Ovarian Cyst IVF #1 October 2013 Antagonistic Protocol with ICSI ER 10/31/13 (18R 16M 11F- 6 blasts to freeze) ET delayed due to OHSS FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!) FET #1 8/5/14 sET BFN
I had to take my ganirelix at 7pm and then my menopur and gonal-f were one after another between 9 and 10 pm. Seems like we all had a wide variety of answers
taking meds at a consistent time each day is the most important part. If they said all at night and didn't give more specific times then it's probably fine the way you did it.

Yeah, the really important part is that you take them consistently at the same time, each day. I have thoughts on why they had me separate the Follistim and Menopur, but I couldn't say for sure.
