6 weeks PP as of today and i'm now sitting in the ER because my c section incision is infected.
This was noticeable in just a few hours time, how is this possible? I haven't have any problems this whole time and when i'm supposed to be good to go NOW i get an infection, wtf!?
Ladies keep an eye on things, when you think it has been long enough and you're good to go, you never know.
Re: Trip to the ER
The dr said it wasn't bad that i caught it early and is giving me a script for an antibiotic and i have to follow up with my OB next week to make sure its getting better.
I had the glue stuff during surgery but he said the stitches inside that are made to dissolve over time is coming up to the surface and it made an abscess thing (thats causing the puss, i didn't even know that could happen lol)
And not to freak you out but he said it was good i caught it early because if it was bad enough they might'vehad to reopen it and clean it out, also something i never cconsidered, my heart stopped! Thank god that wasn't necessary, so if you think something's up get it checked out sooner rather than later.
Sorry for the novel
@littlemissmarla i think i would've died if they had to ahh, just the thought of me makes me cringe! I'll post an update when the meds start kicking in
