I have seen many ladies comment on here that drinking can cause a spike in your bbt.
For those that have experienced this, does "drinking" mean a glass of wine at dinner? Or having all the drinks?

It usually means being drunk.
I haven't gotten drunk since i started temping...but i have had a half a bottle of wine a few times, and it hasn't affected my temps.
