*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Waited a long time, tried a lot of stuff, science made me a mom.
Loss and IF veteran. Current mom of DS 5.5, DD 2, and sometimes DH 40. Due June 2021 with TWINS
My whole body hurts... if you have a pool or access to a pool getting in and feeling weightless by floating is the best thing in the entire world! I have been going to our local pool at 9pm almost everynight and just floating for an hour! It makes me feel so much better! I don't know what Im going to do when it gets too cold to go to the pool!
If no pool then the bath and tylenol and just rest rest rest! I know when I overdo it ( normal activity level when I wasn't pregnant type stuff) I pay for it with aches and pains at night. You may need to cut back a bit on your actiivity! hang in there!

I'm glad I'm not alone! I woke up with my complete body aching the other morning! Got better throughout the other day my hips seem to be the worst though!
My feet feel like I've been wearing 10 inch heels all day. I'm in nikes. I'm also way to stubborn to slow down/there's really no logistical way for me to do so. Tylenol, foot baths and old lady shoe inserts for me!
My upper back is killing me. I guess it's partly due to an expanding rib cage? It's not constant, but if I start moving around much, it starts hurting. Dull pain when I breathe. Not enjoying it at all!
My entire body hurts so bad from my neck to my back to my legs to my hips to my ribs to my feet I don't know why I just turned 24 weeks please help with some relief I feel like I can hardly move
I've been giving in to the occasional tylenol as well...especially if I know I want to be able to be up and down and moving around without a lot of pain. It's good to get some relief, even if it's only for a few hours.
