Lately I've been feeling pretty lonely

and I know that it has a lot to do with my hormones but still. I had to quit my job because it was a restaurant/bar that allowed smoking. I thought I had some pretty close friends but since no one has said anything to me, I'm guessing not. My SO works in the oil field and is gone a lot too. We move around quite a bit so establishing real friendships is pretty difficult.
Does anyone have any suggestions to keep myself busy though?
Re: Feeling alone
As pp suggested, I have also started crafting and binge watching tv series on netflix. Right now I don't even feel like being around anyone, yet I am still lonely, but I find self distraction helps. Good luck.
I also suggest prenatal yoga classes as a way to meet people! And going for long walks while listening to podcasts or music has been a nice solitary evening activity for me. I've also been reading a lot.
I've been trying to keep myself preoccupied with crafts. Cross-stitch, sewing, drawing, etc. There's usually a "crafty mom" check in every other week. You may want to check it out and get some ideas of things that could help keep you busy.
