What do I do with this?!

So I bought this lovely item today, which I believed to be cookie dough gelato..it turns out it's some fancy edible "cookie dough".
What do I do with this stuff or how would you use it?! It's not meant for baking..

    @LizB8943‌ that's actually a pretty good idea. I could let it harden in the freezer and then slice it up.

    @Finnaroo‌ @-) I just had it with vanilla ice cream and tried to layer it. I also tried eating it by itself and meh wasn't too bad but not the best : /

    Man I wanna kick myself in the ass..I should've read the labels better plus it was really expensive..
