Warmed breastmilk

Hey there! I was just about to give my baby his first bottle of breastmilk and he fell asleep! How long is breastmilk good for after it's been warmed? I've read 1 hour and 4 hours and I don't wanna take any chances, but also don't wanna throw out any of this liquid gold if I don't have too!

I've heard it's good for up to 6 hours.

Longest I've left mine out is 5 hours but also heard 6 as a max.

Ok thank you! He ended up waking up maybe 20 minutes after so I gave it to him!
