We have an Ergo Performance and a K'tan. I use the K'tan around the house, but prefer the ergo for when we're out since it has the hood.
He is almost 3 months old, about 13+ lbs and was 23 inches long at last check-up. He hates having his legs tucked in (will try to stand) but I can't figure out how to position him properly with legs out at his size. I've tried the rolled-up blanket under his bum. Does anyone have any photos of how it should look with a baby this age? Or any tips for a better fit? Thanks.
Re: NCDR: Ergo Carrier Help
We were gifted the infant insert and it also came with a small pillow. We used the small pillow a lot when ds was that size. It helped him sit up high enough so his head wasn't covered by the body of the ergo and so his knees could naturally bend. Does that make sense? Helpful?
You'll want to use a sturdy blanket (not too much give when you roll it up). I've heard of people using a towel too.

DS hated to be legs in. A blanket rolled under his bum and legs out changed his view on being worn.
Carry on. Lol
