journey coming to an end

I have pumped exclusively for my boys for over a year now. I am on an antibiotic that isnt safe for bfing. I figured this would be a good time to wean off the pump. Is there an easy way to dry up? I have pumped 3 times since last night and only enough to relieve pressure and am not even coming close to being empty.

    I'm not sure there's an easy way, but when I weaned off the pump during the day to cut down to nursing just AM and PM, I cut one session cold turkey leaving me with one session left. I started at 20 min for the session, then went down to 18 min the next day, 16 min after that, etc. 

    I've also heard that when you're ready to be fully done nursing and/or pumping that Sudafed can help w/drying up and cabbage leaves can help with discomfort. So can hand expression.
