  The Alien movie series with Sigourney Weaver comes to mind.  The one I'm thinking of is where an alien emerges from Weaver's belly.  If you could figure out how to put an alien head on your belly.. lol.. it might work?

  I love zombies...and I've seen the zombie baby emerging from the belly of a zombie mom. But I will probably do something simple and less frightening for kids since we will be at our church lol

  This is what we did last time when I was preggers with K. The sign on my box says 'bun in the oven'. Not sure if I will have the energy to figure out a costume this time around.

  We do a family theme every year - last year DS was Cat in the Hat (he was obsessed with the book at that time) , DH and I were Thing 1 and Thing 2, and the dog was the fish in the bowl (small Pomeranian I torture with this each year).  Ebay as inexpensive Thing 1 and 2 shirts, we wore read sweat pants and got some fun wigs.  It was easy to find cat in the hat for DS.

  The year before we did Barney, Betty and Bam Bam - so that's an idea as well.

  Last year we were the Robertson's from Duck Dynasty. I was Ms Kay and hubs was Phil. 2of my girls were Si and Willie. Scary how much they look liked them. My youngest was a zebra. Couldn't get her to dress up as one lol. (It is not letting me attach a pic)

  My friend was 7 or 8 months pregnant during Halloween and she dressed as a nun.
  

  Me:41  DH: 46 high count but poor motility & morphology
  TTC on and off since 2005
  
  July 2012: Infertility tests started at OB/Gyn, HSG and HSN all clear
  Sept 2012: IUI #1 w/Clomid - BFN
  Oct 2012: IUI #2 w/Clomid - cancelled due to cyst
  Nov 2012: IUI #3 w/Clomid - BFN

  Break to move and find new PCP, OB/Gyn & RE
  Sept 2013: first appt with RE
  Nov / Dec 2013: IVF #1 with ICSI split
    Dec 6: Retrieval, 4 retrieved, 2 mature, 1 fertilized
    Dec 11: Transferred 1 (Day 5)
    Dec 30:  HCG Beta, 4980. BFP!
   1 little bean!
