35/35 hey hey hey! I hadn't heard about this until someone mentioned it earlier this week. Had only one REALLY uncomfortable day this past week--like "get this out of me!" Uncomfortable. But been ok ever since. Next appt is next week for the strep test---not looking forward to that swab. Eek. Definitely bringing a few makeup items to hospital, but getting lashes done next week so at least I can feel SOMEWHAT glam at all hours.
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 33 weeks, and some random fruit I've never heard of.
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? No appointment until a week from tomorrow. Overall everything is going good, except for the damn cyst that won't go away but I can deal with that. Oh, and the crotch pain, always the crotch pain!
3. GTKY: Will you try to shower/apply makeup before heading into L&D? This sort of depends...I shower every morning so I doubt I will take another shower (just to get all sweaty during labor?) and since I will be working from home for the 2 weeks before my EDD I will likely not have makeup on and no way am I applying it before going to the hospital. Again, it will just come off during labor. I will bring it with me but I'm not worried about putting it on for pictures or visitors the first day. I just had a BABY, I don't need to have my makeup on. But after that first day, I will shower and get dressed including a little makeup just because it makes me feel human again. And I'm not sick so there is no reason to just lay around and not feel human!
33 weeks - Durian fruit. @MrMrsandBaby it's the fruit that Tamara and Heather ate on their recent trip to Bali on RHOC. That's all I know!
Hubz and I went for a neighborhood walk last night and when we got back I started getting strange pains in my abdomen and my stomach was tight. I'm not sure if I should continue exercising more frequently or stop all together.
I'll bring makeup and probably apply after birth but not before. I'm sure I'll be sweaty and nasty.

1. My little bean is the size of a squash at 32 weeks.
2. I'm hungry! Only symptom is feeling shitty in the morning after breakfast. Also, have been so relaxed this pregnancy that I have managed to get nothing done for the baby.
3. yeah I'll try. More importantly, I'll have makeup with me for pictures.

2. I've hit the uncomfortable stage, but its not horrible. I just feel her lounging in the rib cage area at times and if I put ice on it, she moves. I had some terrible stomach cramps Tuesday night that seemed to last forever, but the nurse thinks its was intestinal issues (her first guess was a gallbladder issue...thanks lady!). Next appt is next week to have my crotch swabbed and do a non stress test. Yay.
3. Yes, I hope to. I also plan on birthing in the jacuzzi if possible, so that'll clean me up a little, right?? ) I'll definitely have make up with me so that I can look presentable after she's here. My idea of make up is a little foundation, mascara and burts bees, so I won't be glammed up by any means.
Next appointment is Wednesday and I too will get the swab. Also start going and getting checked weekly ( this shit is getting real). BH seem to be coming more often and more intense and the feet swelling!
I will definitely be taking make-up with me. Will make sure I have it on after delivery.
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 35/35 coconut
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? can't walk very far/long these days without feeling a lot of pressure. i think baby may be a 35lb-er ha ha! getting wonderful kicks to the cervix as well. still in snacking mode rather than wanting to prepare or sit down to meals which works for me for a few days as DH is out of town on his annual golf trip. monday's appt dr said baby is head down and sitting pretty low now. i think i felt baby settle in down there after i kind of overdid it at the NC zoo this past saturday. walked way too long and far in 85+ degree heat. i actually felt i had to link my hands under my belly and hold it up while i waddled along.
3. GTKY: Will you try to shower/apply makeup before heading into L&D? i'd like to have had a shower w/in the last 24 hours but no to the make-up before or after delivery.
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) 34 Weeks/Butternut Squash
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? I just had an appointment on Tuesday and everything is looking great! I think I'm hitting the 3rd Tri exhaustion because I feel tired all of the time with no motivation to do anything. I remember hitting this around 35 weeks last time. I'm hoping to get some energy back soon! I hate feeling like my head is in the fog--especially when I still have to work and have a toddler to chase around!
3. GTKY: Will you try to shower/apply makeup before heading into L&D? Probably not. As good of idea as this sounds, last time it was the last thing on my mind! I really wanted to shower right afterwards, though. I felt so yicky!

31 weeks/ Pineapple (I think?)
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments?
I swear I've lost all energy! My house is a wreck because I just don't have the energy to clean it faster than my kids destroy it! My appointment was this morning, she started me on medicine to help my fasting numbers and apparently I'm going weekly now due to the GD because I went last week, this week, and she wants me back next week. It just seems like so much, every week for 9 weeks .
3. GTKY: Will you try to shower/apply makeup before heading into L&D?
Well I was induced with my last 2 so I didn't have a problem with that. My hair was still a wreck after a 19 hour labor though. I did still look pretty good after my 8 hr labor. I'll probably try to shower and take my straightener and makeup with me (depending on how labor is going if I can't do it all at home). Someone can always help me with the rest at the hospital.

1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) I am 34 weeks - LO is the size of a butternut squash 2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? Ahh LO was kicking like crazy today and man am I hungry!! The sweet cravings are subsiding a bit, so I am grateful for that! Tomorrow we have another US to check the babies measurements since LO is measuring rather small right now - in the 13th percentile 3. GTKY: Will you try to shower/apply makeup before heading into L&D?
I don't care about making up before going to L&D,shower maybe... I may shower at the hospital during labor since the hospital has an awesome shower/spa area. I am more looking forward to showering after L&D and cleaning up after the fact.
1. How many weeks are you?/How big is baby? (Fruit/Veggie) I would be 35 weeks today, Peter is 5 lb 7 oz, and Sophia is 5 lb 0 oz
2. Symptoms, Rants, Cravings, Appointments? Lots of time spent at the NICU, seeing my little peanuts. No further appointments for anybody at this time.
3. GTKY: Will you try to shower/apply makeup before heading into L&D? I would have probably showered if I had any time to plan, but I don't normally wear makeup, so that wouldn't be on my to do list.
@DanielleB27 5 lbs the magic number! When my sisters twins were in NICU (born at 31w4d) 5 lbs was the number they were shooting for before they could go home. How much longer do they have to be there?

They have to nipple all of their feeds for 48 hours. Right now they are still getting pretty tired, and we're having to gavage about 1/2 of their feeds. Hopefully they keep getting stronger and able to take all of their feeds by mouth. They do pretty well with the bottle, but breastfeeding is tiring still. So in short, I have no idea, but everything looks promising about a short stay
