Baby moving?

Im just over 16 weeks now and when i lay still i get like a poke/pinch on my left side (which is where heartbeat was found) is this my baby moving? Or is it just twinges from something else?

It could definitely be the baby. With my first, I started feeling the baby at 16 weeks. With this baby, it started at 13 weeks. It gets more regular after 20 weeks for most.
