What brand/type is your favorite pre fold?

I have used Microfiber inserts in pocket diapers for almost 2 years with my first LO but now I am thinking about getting rid of all of them and switching to plain ole refolds and covers. I was wondering what everyone's favorite brand and/or type (cotton/hemp/bamboo) of pre fold is.

@AFwifelife Is that the same thing as Cloth-ezz? When you go on the GMD website that is what they sell. I'm assuming it is the same thing.

I also love my GMD cotton! I always h grab those first. I'm thinking about trying the GMD bamboo prefolds when I need the next size up.

I also have a mix of Flip, Thirsties, Bummis and I have an order of Imagine covers coming.

I love my GMDs, but my Nicki's and Imagines work just peachy, too. I haven't noticed a difference in absorbancy; just fit.

I've only used GMDs and they have been really great.

You might also consider looking at their flats -- they launder easily, dry faster than prefolds, and IMO lay in pockets a bit more neatly.

I have osocozy prefolds and I'm happy with them. Inexpensive and absorbent.

I've tried Osocozy, GMD, Imagine and Sweet Pea cottone prefolds and Imagine bamboo prefolds. My favorites are GMD and Sweet Pea. I find them a tiny bit softer than the others. But the others are still great quality and plenty soft, so I'd still definitely recommend them.

@emmyg65 Bamboo absorbs more than cotton of the same size. I find it shrinks a lot more than cotton though. That kind of annoyed me. I'm not sure if the GMD bamboo is as bad since I've only tried Imagine.

Another vote for GMD prefolds.

My favorite covers are Thirsties, Blueberry, and PlanetWise.

Nicki's are working great for us. They are not quite as soft as GMD but not rough by any means.

Also I barely used prefolds with my daughter and now I loooove them. I get dad thinking about all the prefolds I could've used with her. She was in all pockets and now I never use pockets.

I've used GMD and sweet pea. I like them both. I find the sweet pea softer, but that might just be me. I will probably stick with the sweet pea because being in Canada they are cheaper for me to get. Also, less sizes, that could be a good or bad thing depending on your opinion.
