I applied for a new job. And I'm terrified because I want this job so badly I could cry. It's a position at the local animal hospital. Full time, benefits, awesome pay, vacation and maternity leave, free pet care, the works. And it wouldn't require me to be on my feet all day. I currently work two retail jobs and I am not able to sit down at all during my work days. It's killing me. If I get this job, id be able to quit my two part time jobs and finally get out of the retail industry. I absolutely adore working with animals so this would be perfect. I feel like this job could really benefit me and my family. I'm just so scared of not getting it because they've had lots of applicants. I have an interview in a few days, send some good vibes my way? (:

There is no true juju! It's only about YOU! Use this time to prepare for the interview. Ask a friend to do a mock interview for you. Practice difficult questions. Why do you want to switch out of retail? How has your past experience prepared you for this type of work environment? You never know what they will ask, so the more you practice, the smarter you will sound and the better you will be prepared! Good luck, I hope you do well and get the job!
