  yes, looks like it.  I've had it, and DD had it a week after she was born right on her forehead.  Cleared up very easily both times.

  We don't have a cat, but MIL does. She visited Friday into Saturday and then we saw her yesterday. I didn't see any on her cats. How long does it take to grow? I have her in a bath chair and she doesn't have a ton of naked time so honestly it could have been a few days.

  Huh. Looked at a photo of her topless from behind from earlier today and it wasn't there.

  Coming out of lurking.... My DS has eczema flair ups that look exactly like that. I always think it is ring worm and the doctor always tells me to try the hydrocortisone first and it clears it right up. It might be worth a try, but given your DD's age, I would call first.

  She'll be seeing the pediatrician tomorrow so he can look at it, and then we'll see. Both DH and I think it looks like ringworm, but like you all said, it could be eczema.
