Hey may mums! I'm expecting my first, just found out 3 days ago!

Did you share the news with family and friends yet or will you wait till you finish the first trimester?

    We will not be sharing with anyone until after the 1st trimester

     DD born Oct 2011 - DS#1 born Jan 2014 - DS#2 born Apr 2015 - DS#3 born Sept 2016 - LO#5 due Feb 7, 2018

    I've told more people so far than I did last time, but that's because I am under the care of an RE and did a medicated cycle which quite a few people knew about and were anticipating the results.

    I've told a couple BFF's, my mom, my boss (we are very close) and a couple mommies from my Nov. '11 Mommy group....that's it so far. We will tell the rest of immediate family after the first sono, close friends at 12 weeks, and the "world" (ahem, Facebook) prob after the anatomy scan.

    We have already shared with family and a few friends. I would like the support if we do experience another loss. We will not share with others till later on.

    I have told a cousin in another state and one close friend who lives out of town. I know they won't tell anyone as they aren't close enough. Lol. I had to tell someone I was going crazy. But not telling a anyone else until at least first appointment on Sept 8th. Then we will consider if we want to tell family. I don't want to tell them now and put them through another loss. Just want to wait until I know it's for real :) My goal is no friends or coworkers to know until end of first tri. I have a business trip coming up though so afraid some may guess when I'm not drinking wine at night.
