Pumping question

Hi ladies- I might be overthinking this but how do you pump? I want to finish the boob that LO was on but then I realized all my bottles will be the high fat hind milk. But if I do the other boob, then she won't get the full spectrum when she nurses. I should probably hit up the lactation consultant but I thought maybe you guys would have some insight in the meantime. Thank you!!
