  I don't know why, but 3TCAS doesn't easily compute in my head. I mean I know what it stands for but it just looks confusing to me.

  Yeah, I thought this too. I voted TTFAS. The acronym I use most often to describe my "reproductive situation" is TFAS, more so than TTTC, maybe that's why TTFAS resonates better with me...

  I vote TTFAS for sure. It makes the most sense to me although @almostamissus‌ came up with a good one too.

  I guess TTFAS it is... (Not only did it win the vote, but TTFAS seems to already have taken off, it is what I keep seeing us referred as on the other boards). @almostamissus‌, thank you for the awesome suggestion.
