Um, holy shit. That episode was all sorts of fucked up.

Poor Mona. Starts to show that she's the good one and bam she's dead.

I saw an interview snippet with the girl that plays Mona, and she said that she would be back next season in flashbacks, so yes, she is dead. I hate how they finally make you like Mona, and then take her away!

Ali is for sure BSC! I am glad to finally know the connection between Ali and Bethany.

Do you think it was actually Ali that killed Mona? They kept showing the blond hair but I think it may have just been a wig on one of her followers. And I guess they never really confirmed that Ali is A, right? I know it was thrown around a bunch but never confirmed.

I'm so happy that I'm working from home today so I can re-watch it.

They always do a Halloween special but it feel incongruous since this took place during Thanksgiving.

I always feel like they are all over the place time wise. Their clothes are no indication of the season.

I just couldn't stop thinking that Emily was wearing a 3/4 t-shirt outside around thanksgiving. Aren't they in Pennsylvania?

I noticed the hair difference, too. Maybe it was Cece. Could Bethany have been Cece's sister?

Also, I think they are doing a Christmas special this year instead of a Halloween one.

Oh, and did anyone notice the picture of the girls, that Alison had signed. "Kisses, Ali". So, I guess for sure that Ali is the A that signs things "Kisses -A"????

Is it bad that I didn't even think about the weather? 3/4 sleeves sounds perfectly fine for Thanksgiving in Georgia. I forget they're in PA.

I really doubt it was Hanna who killed Mona.

Why did they have to throw in Toby getting in a wreck?

I was definitely obsessing over their weather!! The show has been kind of vague about the area it's set in, but the books were clearly set right about 20 mins from where I grew up so I am forever picking at things like that. DH actually told me to shut up last night in the middle of my "I remember walking to Thanksgiving dinner at my grandparents house in the snow" rant...

I'm really starting to think Bethany is the twin instead of Alison. It would kind of still fit the main book story, but creatively adapt for the show like they handle everything else in the storyline. I can definitely see Ali and crazy Bethany twin causing all the mayhem. Either way I think they'll reveal soon. In the books Jenna was the major death, then the twin thing came out. I think Mona clearly paid that price in the show.

I've literally been saying all season I thought Mona was going to die and was STILL shocked out of my mind last night. I was really thinking she wasn't dead till that dang trunk!!!! (

I just re-watched and it was definitely not Hanna. The hair was longer than hers, could have been CiCi, but my guess would be that it was one of Ali's army.

Did anyone notice a difference in the hair on the person that it showed downstairs in Mona's house from the hair of the person it showed upstairs? I saw a gif that mentioned it, but I will need to re-watch the episode to see if it is true. If so, then I guess there was more than one person involved in Mona's murder that night.

I definitely think that Ali was somehow involved. Mona said that she lured Bethany to Rosewood, but I don't think that they made it clear that was before she was in Radley, or was it the night of the murder. I am thinking the night she was killed.

I think the 4 "new liars" were either part of this new army, or to show that the originals can be replaced. They are all just pawns in her game.

I'm thinking they're using the new twins in Ali's army (can't remember their names) as the "yay, here's your twins" part of the show. I mean, the weird look in the bathroom, driving her to Emily's...

I noticed a few weeks ago that the back of Ali's hair is straight and the front is curled because I was wondering what the point of it was.

I thought the name during the lie detector test was a little suspicious, too. I am trying not to just assume that the show is going to take the same route as the books, but that scene really made me think that that could be the direction that they are going to go.

I agree that Mona's killer did seem bulky, and that the hair was very wig-like. I really think that there were 2 different people at Mona's. It would make sense for one of those people to be a guy, to overpower Mona in a struggle that seemed to take place all over the house. Could it have been Jason, maybe? He has been MIA for the second half of this season. Or Noel, since he seems to do Ali's bidding for her.

I think the Jesus doll swapping was a nod to the books. Didn't Emily's mom's nativity scene get stolen at one point?
