  For me - I have the best H ever.  He gave me a foot and leg rub for the ages last night ... at least a half hour of uninterrupted awesomeness.  And sex.  He also gave me the sex.

  @mmheartspb - must feel good to have the registry finished!  We just started ours, and picked a paint color.  I am clueless about kids so the registry part has been really overwhelming.  Hoping to pull it together this weekend.

  good morning, @torigirl2014.  i like reading everyone else's positive thoughts, because I don't have much these days.  i'm really down that my work decided not to pay me at all for maternity leave. i told my boss that i'm the breadwinner in my family and he was very dismissive.  it's just another act of my boss that makes me feel like i'm not valued as an employee.  it's been really hard to get out of bed and come to work every day...
  
  that being said - i'm so happy for the three day weekend and my birth class.  my birth instructor is AWESOME - she makes me feel confident in my body's ability to birth this baby!

  @drgn30- I'm sorry your boss is being so shitty especially since I know what you do for a living and I know you are working your butt off for them.  Can you take advantage of any state disability laws that will kick in a percentage of your pay for at least a few weeks after birth? I know that's available where I live to both vaginal birth and c-section moms.

  However ... focusing on the positive, your birth instructor sounds great!!  Can't wait to start those classes to start feeling more confident. I'm still many weeks away from that.

  thanks @torigirl2014.  yes, i will take advantage of state disability pay, but it's only a fraction of what i bring home.  i think the bigger issue is how i'm treated by this bastard.  thankfully i'm in therapy, so i can bounce these problems off my therapist.

  thanks @birch113.  i work for a very small firm so the only other women to have gotten pregnant were a secretary (supposedly she got a bonus to help her out during leave) and a first-year associate (she was not paid).  I'm a sixth year associate, so I thought they would help me out with something, ANYTHING.
  
  My birth instructor taught Bradley for a long time, then branched out to do her own thing.  She was recommended by my doula.  We practice lots of comfort measures and she emphasizes the science behind everything that is happening to our bodies.  Strangely enough, it gets me a little excited for labor and delivery, whereas before I was pretty scared.

  TP to your bastard of a boss.  In fact, that deserves way more than a TP... no words.

  This weekend we're supposed to work on the registry and paint the nursery. 

  And I'm letting MH host a Labor Day BBQ at our house.  He loves entertaining and he's ridiculously excited about putting a brisket on the BBQ in the middle of the night so it can cook all night and day.  The man really loves his meat.

  Got to see amazing a/s Monday and H didn't miss it!:) ! I also got to have lunch yesterday with my friend she drove 2 hrs to do it! Going to see my H family who have month old baby girl!! @Drgn30‌ your boss is a douche, sorry your going thru that!

  Had a great U/S today and baby was literally dancing away in there.

  
  

  Also one of DH's coworkers says she's going to give me all her old maternity clothes! YAY

  
  

  Tonight I made this taco pasta! It was sooooooooooooo good!

  
  

   3/4 bag ziti noodles,1 lb of ground meat (I used chicken sausage), 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1cup water, 3/4 pkg cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese -- boil pasta until just cooked, brown ground meat drain, mix taco seasoning 1 cup water w/ ground meat for 5 min, add cream cheese to meat mixture, stir until melted remove from heat, put pasta in casserole dish, mix in 1 cup cheese, top pasta/cheese with meat mixture gently mix, top w/ remaining cheese, bake at 350* uncovered for 15-20 minutes
