Baby Shower?

Anyone else not have the desire to have a baby shower? It keeps coming up more and more in conversations with friends and family and they're acting as if I'm committing a crime by not wanting one and respectfully declining to plan one.

    Uh? I'm with you sister... I actually am about to begin planning shower for my husband. A Coed beer baby bash. He will love the attention and pats on the back! It will appease everyone , but I get out from under diaper games! Win Win ! Good luck !

    I also don't want one, just don't like the attention and everyone staring at you when you're opening gifts. I will probably make the hubby do it with me :) My friend just had one and she didn't open any gifts, I thought that was a good idea but I know everyone would probably want to see all the cute little outfits and gifts. My sister won't let me get away with not having a shower though. Oh well. lol
