Weird Tingle Under Rib?

Hello Ladies!

Does anyone else ever have a weird tingle sensation under your rib? It is on my right side and I would imagine that it is up near where my stomach would be? I feel it a lot more sitting, and definitely if I am not sitting up straight. I mentioned it to my OB but she did not seem concerned - anyone else have this weird sensation? Did any doctors give any advice?

    I don't get a tingle but I def get pressure almost like a gas feeling.  It's mostly on my right side.  It's def the baby cuz right around the time I feel it my stomach gets a little harder over there like the skin is stretching more

    Yep, that is his feet on me, same spot and everything. I picture him kicked back, legs stretched out pushing against the bottom of my ribs. I get what could be described as a tingle sometimes, too, when he seems to be pushing extra hard.
    Sigh, remember when we were so antsy to feel our LOs? This is what we were asking for! Lol

    I get this often too! I agree with PPs must be the baby pushing in one spot :) oh the fun sensations of a pregnant lady ;)

    I actually lost feeling and have a numb spot right where you're describing on the right side over my ribs and under my bra line. There's a patch of skin about the size of 2 quarters where I constantly feel like I've had a lidocaine shot. My dr said it happens more than you'd think for whatever reason and is normal. If you google it there are all kinds of message board posts about it! It's weird but sounds related to your tingling.

    Towards the end of my last pregnancy, I had a spot at the top of my bump right under my boobs that tingled and went numb constantly. It was nothing to worry about in my case.

    Thanks ladies for the replies! I am a FTM and seriously all these crazy symptoms are nuts! Glad I'm not the only one!

    Yes!!!! I just googled this today! Mine is more like my ribs are tender on the right side, near my bra I can't remember what google said but it's normal.
