What are you drinking?

I'm tired of all water all the time. What is F15 drinking to add a little variety?
I know that aspartame isn't recommended, so I stay away from powdered drinks like crystal light.
Sometimes, I add lemon slices to my water.

  • I toss in a Sprite or Root Beer every few days since I am not drinking caffeine (although my doctor says I can).  

    Each morning, I put a few slices of orange, lime or lemon in a pitcher of water and drink that most of the day.  It gives it more flavor than just squeezing one in there.  

    I have a gatorade every now and then.  Sometimes apple juice that is watered down (1/2 and 1/2 usually).

  • Sprite and ginger ale, though I'm trying to limit it because if calories. I don't usually drink soda so I know I should stop.

    Milk, apple juice, a flavored water here and there. Nothing fancy.

  • Icees, lemonade, chocolate milk, juice, tea, Sierra mist, milk shakes, smoothies and Root beer. I drink water too but I like to take the options I have.

  • I drink cranberry juice or just flavor some water with fruit. I just get smoothie mix types of frozen fruit packs and let them sit in a pitcher of water overnight.

  • Water, milk, juice, gatorade, decaf coffee and regular coca cola.

    I didn't drink ANY caffeine with my first, but now I usually hit the 2 caffeinated drinks a day limit with my soda.

  • Coffee, tea, and water.  Coffee first thing... I'll pick up a tea with milk and sugar if I'm feeling extra tired on my way to work... then it's water for the rest of the day.

    There was a hot deal on pop at the grocery store the other day, so now we have Brisk Lemonade, Dr. Pepper (my favourite!), and Orange Crush in the fridge.... but I only drink a can of pop every few days.  I'm just not into carbonation.

  • Water, sparkling water, homemade lemonade, homemade prickly pear stuff (diluted with either water or sparkling water), San Pelligrino citrus things, interesting sodas, tea.

    I'll drink almost everything and the occassional diet soda, but I keep that to an average of one a week.

  • I've been OBSESSED with juices mixed with Perrier! My favourite is 1/3 5alive mixed with 2 thirds Perrier!

    I never drank sparkling water before pregnancy but I actually craved it and now I drink at least a litre a day! Unlike @thegoodpotato‌ I love the carbonation!

    Bonus: sparkling water has 8-10% calcium! :-)
  • I didn't even think about Gatorade! I'm trying to stay away from soda on a daily basis. I find that it makes me too gassy these days :P

    For me, it's orange juice, a small sweet tea (most days), sparkling water (Syfo is the BOMB), and 1/2 a can of Dr. Pepper most days.  On the weekends, I'll sometimes have a full can of Dr Pepper.  But I've been drinking Syfo like it's going out of style.  2+ liters a day!

    ETA:  Was Syfo ever in style??

  • I will add a few ounces of VitaminWater to my regular water - just enough to give it some flavor.  I drink a lot more that way.  

    I've also been drinking a lot of sparkling water.  Last week I picked up a few bottles of berry flavored sparkling water at my grocery store.  I mashed a couple of strawberries at the bottom of a glass and poured that over the strawberries - SOOOOO good!!!!  I downed 3 glasses without even thinking about it.  It's been tough for me to get in enough water during this pregnancy, but that helped a lot!

  • Right now, I'm craving milk, but I get bad heartburn if I drink more than one 8oz glass a day. Usually I just drink water, milk, diet soda, occasionally a sugar soda, no sugar added juice, gatorade, decaf iced tea, and no sugar added lemonade.

  • Water & hot tea (even in the warm weather) mostly. Chai tea some days. Milk occasionally. Last pregnancy I drank a lot of sparkling water (flavored, not sweetened), but am just not feeling it this time around.

  • I normally drink water or orange juice. Someone yesterday brought up Root Beer on here, so of course I HAD to have one with dinner... I'm pretty sure I drank that entire bottle in 32 seconds.

  • Coconut and apricot la croix (flavored but not sweetened sparkling water), sprite zero, diet lemonade from chick fil a.  Every now and then some coke zero or diet dr. pepper.  I try to stick with mostly water with varying degrees of success.

  • No soda right now (I can't stomach the carbonation). Basicly it's water for me (can't really tolerate flavored water either), with the occasional milk or apple juice. I wish my stomach would go back to normal already so I could enjoy something other than water.

  • Lemonade!!! The freshest I can find! Our state fair makes the best homemade lemonade and I swear when I drank it, it was heaven. I've had it before, but drinking it pregnant? O.m.g!!

  • Coffee, Arnold Palmers, and watered-down juice, which I got a taste for in my first pregnancy and never really gave up. Occasional coke or black tea if I need an afternoon pick-me-up.

    Honestly, I haven't had to change my drink habits at all... knocking on wood that it stays that way!

    It is so weird seeing this thread title filled with non alcoholic beverages.

    Mostly kidding DrP has been giving me headaches recently so I don't have them often. But other than at least 64oz of water a day milk, juice, and maybe a ginger ale or sprite.

    Love is like infinity: You can't have more or less infinity, and you can't compare two things to see if they're "equally infinite." Infinity just is, and that's the way I think love is, too.

  • Mostly jalapeño Chili margaritas. (Not really) I never even drank much before pregnancy but now that's all I want. I've been drinking water, occasionally some sun tea about 4oz with mostly water and ice.
    I'm ready for it to be Carmel Apple spice time.
  • I have been drinking Club soda mixed with a little fresh lime juice and fresh Dill sprigs. Other than that (which is my fav!!!) it's either Orange Juice, Suja, or Water.
  • Water, Aloe Juice, Dr Pepper (to help with headaches), tea and protein shakes.

  • I have been drinking tart cherry juice mixed with sparkling water. We bought a soda stream when we found out I was pregnant and it has been a huge money saver for us! I have also been enjoying Q ginger ale. It has less sugar and is spicier than other brands.
  • Sparkling water, sometimes mixed with raspberry ginger ale, Grape G2 Gatorade, homeade infused water with lemon, lime, cucumber and mint. Yum!
  • I can't get enough water! But besides that I usually have one cup of coffee in the morning. If we're out I get lemonade, sometimes a fanta, or hot chocolate.
  • Coffee first thing, and after that lots of regular water and sparkling water. We have a sodastream and I'm going through a bottle of sparkling water a day. Sometimes I add a little lemonade or juice to the sparkling water, which is nice because I can control the sweetness.
  • 2-3 gallons of milk a week!! And water. The occasional Coke from McDonalds...to go with my Big Mac of course.

  • Peppermint tea! Caffeine free coke every once in a blue moon! Decaf lattes!
  • coffee (1/2 decaf) first thing in am, then mostly water all day, I brewed decaf iced tea all summer but not in the mood anymore.  When I go to restaurants I ask for Pellegrino in a wine glass with lemon...makes me feel fancy
