PgAL (Pregnant After Loss) check in?

in May 2015 Moms

Sadly, it seems like there are quite a few mamas in here have mentioned having previously experienced loss. Would you ladies be interested in a Pgal check in once a week to for support and to shake the crazy? I could post a check in every week on Tuesday. Let me know if this is something that interests any of you. :)

    Sure! Will that be okay with people here considering there is a Pgal group? I do like the idea of us all being in the same place, though (as far as birth month) and going through the same things.

    @MichieU79 : You are okay to have your DS in your siggy. Several mamas over there have LOs, but also have experienced loss (myself included). A few have pics in the siggy. 

    As for stepping on toes. Most BMB have a weekly check in for PgAL mamas. It help to build support in our month between us and get some of the crazies out. They do check ins over in PgAL as well. Pretty much can go wherever you are most comfortable. I personally plan to be active on both.

    Thanks @momtosam for offering to do a checkin. I think its nice for us PGAL to be able to find each other. We all know the feelings are different after a loss.

    I would love a PGAL check in on the board. It really helped on my last month board get to know people since sometimes PGAL can be so big. I would also be happy to help with running it.

    I know in the past PGAL also makes a special badge which could be great

    I like the idea of a check in on this board. I think PGAL brain is enough to drive anyone crazy ... it would be nice to come check in with women who are in the same stages of pregnancy as you. Thanks for doing this!

    I think this is a great idea. Trying to stay hopeful and optimistic after a loss can be so hard at times. It will be great to have some support.

    Im definitely scared when I go to the bathroom. Wk 5 through end of 6 is going to be the hardest for me but im determined to not stress about it

    I've been running to the bathroom all day. I'm trying not to stress but it's so hard when you know how easily it can all be over.  :(

    Ok ladies I hate that you are stressed over this too but also feel better to know I'm not crazy. I'm right at the time frame where I've lost my others so just need to get past this week and to my first appointment.

    Definitely love this idea. I know most BMB PgAL create their own as time goes on. Any creative types can take a shot at making one. :)
