  Oh my goodness yes. With Max people asked me when DD1 and DD2 started doing whatever thing we were talking about at that time. My response, "Umm... DD1 was about this age and DD2... I honestly am not sure. But, obviously she did it at some point!" If people ask me what age things happened with Max, I'll probably have no choice but to laugh in their faces.

  I may not remember when he ate pears for the first time but I do think I try to drink in the snuggles and stuff more because I know I'm never going to have these moments again.  So the day to day stuff may be getting shoved under the rug but the love part is spot on.  I couldn't love him more if I wanted to and I do try to cherish these moments when he's still content to cuddle with me while I creepily sniff his head

  +1! I started email addresses for both boys and I sometimes will shoot a quick email to them and just say, "third tooth today!" Mainly because i can do it from my phone. The need a baby book app...

  Also as for the baby book, with G I got one that was super cute on the outside and then I opened it up and it had spaces for pictures and lists for everything. Up until 5 years old. Seriously, like, "first band aid" "first citrus fruit" "first baby boner" (ok kidding on these but you get the point). I made sure with Lo to buy one with minimal structure just so I wouldn't open it and feel like a failure.

  You should totally invent this!  Kind of like Time Hop or the Facebook year in review.  It would group your updates into categories by key words and then allow you to dump it all into a book!
