Tmi sorry...please help

I gave birth to my son a week ago. I had a vaginal delivery and tore a little so I have desolvable stitches. While I was in the hospital it didn't hurt to pee but a few days ago it started burning as if there were a cut. Sure enough there's a small hole where my stitches are. What should I do about my stitches opening?!
