Dry, chapped nipples

My nipples have become so dry, and sore, I don't know what to do. I would ask my doctor, but my appointment is next week, and I don't want to call for something like this. Any suggestions on what lotion or cream to use.

    use lanisoh now as you would with breastfeeding (if you do that). It keeps them soft and relieves pain.

    You might want to just go to a dermatologist. I am battling the same thing and I tried everything. Now I have some prego safe prescriptions that have fixed the problem in 4 days. Save yourself the grief and discomfort.

    Ya know what happened right after the dry cracked nipples for me? They started leaking! You've been warned!
    I used plain ole cocoa butter or coconut oil and it helped a lot.

    I use this coconut oil from the grocery store and it works amazingly! It can also be used for skin all over and hair moisturizer too, I posted in FFFC earlier that it doubles as lube for me too!!!! :\">
