Any good resources on combo feeding? I know some ladies on here do it. I'm clueless. Do you substitute entire bottles? Or combine BM and formula? I'm thinking I'm going to cut back on EBFing soon, especially one of my pumping sessions at work.
I'm also wondering about adding rice cereal to bottles? I've heard of that? Is anyone doing this? Is there a point? How much and how often?
I'm sorry for all the questions. And I haven't been very active lately, life has been crazy and LO hasn't been sleeping as much. We are trying to get into new routines.

At this point, I wouldn't do rice in the bottle unless given a good reason by the pedi. Use a spoon!
Generally speaking, it's not advised to mix formula/BM in a bottle so you'd do whole bottles of one or the other.
You should not put rice cereal in bottles outside of medically indicated situations (such as for treatment of reflux with Pedi guidance for amounts/etc).
