Cork board, chalkboard, linen pinboard?

Obviously (per previous posts) I'm thinking of ordering a few pieces of the PB daily system. I think I'm getting the two letter holder pieces. For a third piece, would you rather have a linen pinboard thingy (crosshatches of ribbon across it that you tuck stuff into), a cork board, or a chalkboard? And why? Thank you!

My first choice was a cork board but it's a smaller size. The other two pieces are larger and would work out better. I'm starting to lean towards the linen board thingy?? But do those work well for holding invitations, notes, random pictures, etc? I'm thinking maybe the chalkboard would just look messy all the time.

I am also doing my office and have been looking. I think I am going to do the letter holder pieces and the linen thingy. I don't do chalkboards because they never erase well and always look like a mess and seeing as how I finally have a "nice" office, I want to avoid that. With corkboards I tend to pin EVERYTHING on it lol but I think I would filter if I had the linen one with the criss cross and yes they do work for invites and pictures.
