Camping in your backyard sounds like so much fun! I would love to try that sometime, I'll have to dig out all our old stuff since we haven't camped in... 5 years?
We had a good weekend -- went to the local fair again on Friday night, Ikea on Saturday was fun, then yesterday DS and I had a lazy day together while MH was away all day for a fantasy football draft.
Tonight we have the draft for my family's fantasy football league. (We like football around here). Might have a Rita's date with my BFF later in the week -- although she's pregnant and I feel like my current struggle is driving a a little bit of a wedge between us even though I don't mean for it to. It's just hard.
We had a good weekend at Living Treasures Animal Park with by Mom, brother, SIL and niece. Unfortunately, we learned that my aunt (whose 80th birthday we were supposed to celebrate Saturday before she went into ICU) passed away on her birthday. I haven't seen her since my Dad's funeral 4 years ago so I'm conflicted as to how I should be feeling. But between my 2 mc, and 7 family members passing away this year I am done! (Sorry if this offends anyone) I am ready to tell God I don't need anymore Angels in my life, and to stop taking them from me! Is it 2015 yet?
Wow, sorry for the Debbie-downer post. I swear I did have a good weekend with my family otherwise!
My weekend was pretty good, even though it was ridiculously hot. We took DS to a circus street performance on Saturday which he was largely disinterested in BUT he got to have his face painted, so that of course made his day. DH had a fantasy football draft on Saturday afternoon/night, so DS and I hit up a spray park after his nap and grabbed some pizza. Yesterday we went to the pool and DS had a blast; we had to use some ice cream bribery tactics to convince him to leave without a melt-down.
No plans for this week really. I have repeat blood tests this week that I'm feeling a little anxious for, and of course I'm pretty pumped about the long Labor Day weekend coming up!

Hi Mara! This past weekend DH was out of town, so DS (3) and I had lots of fun one-on-one time. We went shopping for school supplies for his preschool, which starts next week. I also scored a fantastic train table at a garage sale for $5, which is also a new hit at our house.
In TTC news, I just started a new cycle, earlier than expected. This is good news because it means we won't have to be benched for as long, hopefully! This is our last cycle TTA and then our RE says we can move on to IUI.
