Laser Hair Removal

Has anyone had this done?  I've seen a lot of deals on Groupon and Living Social lately and I'd really like to go for it - either full or half legs.  I *think* I would be a good candidate based on what I've read - fair skin and thick, dark hair, but I don't know, all of the reviews sound almost too good to be true.  So if you've had it done, what body parts?  What's your skin/hair color?  Has it grown back????  Anything else????

    Yep, I had my bikini and underarms done. I was only able to squeeze in 5 sessions before I got pregnant with DS, though, so I still have some hair that grows in. I'd like to start back up and do my legs too, but it's pretty pricey. The best part is even with shaving, I don't get bikini in-grown hairs anymore, probably because there's not much left.

    My skin is fair and my hair is medium brown and pretty fine, so even though I wouldn't call myself the perfect candidate, it still worked really well.

    It hurt like a bugger, though.

    I had my bikini area, arms, and legs done.  I'm super happy with the results - it's probably some of the best money I've ever spent on myself.  

    I do have some hair remaining, but it's a very small amount.  I also have fair skin and dark, thick hair.  It does hurt.  My legs were the most painful, probably because there is so much area to cover.  The bikini area hurt a little, but that was over so quickly that it wasn't too bad.  

    Also, it might be a good idea to do some research on the place and what type of laser they use before purchasing the Groupon.  Not all lasers are created equal, some lasers are definitely better than others.  Before I went to the place where I had the good results, I purchased a Groupon and did several treatments somewhere else.  There was pretty much no difference in the amount of hair. It was very disappointing and a total waste of time and money.  Many other people seemed to have the same issue. The second time around I went to a place with a great reputation.  It was a lot more money, but well worth the extra expense.

    I would love to get all of my girl part hairs lazered off.  I use to keep on top of it better before kids, but now I'm slacking.  (did I just say girl part?)
