Debating between the following infant car seats. Side impact protection is important since I have a late model car that does not have side air bags/curtains for the back seat. Also since we live in the city there is the distinct possibility that baby will be in the back of the cab and on public transportation. Especially since last year's cold temps prevented my new car battery from turning over on a couple of occasions. I have not selected a stroller or travel system yet.
Yes... I am a little OCD have them in alpha order.
(Sorry I know this has been asked before. Just between reading Consumer Reports and Baby Bargains my mind is gone.)

Yea, it's the #1 safest for a reason. cost a fortune but it's your baby and aren't the worth the best protection you can give them? (and yes, I shelled out for a britax too and feel she's safe sitting in it)

I did a TON of research before DD was born and ended up going with the Chicco Keyfit30. We'll use that seat for this baby as well. I loved it and can't say enough good things for an infant seat.
Though when we switched to convertibly seats, I opted for the Britax Boulevard.
BFP #1 5/12/12; EDD 1/20/13; Eliana Grace born 1/25/13
BFP #2 12/11/13; EDD 8/23/14; M/C 6 weeks
BFP #3 4/3/14; EDD 12/13/14
Curious why you are buying 3 different infant seats. Why not just buy additional bases of one seat for each car?
