I'm getting my husband The Little Big Book for Dads. He didn't grow up being read nursery rhymes or being sung the typical lullabys, so I think it will be cute for him to have something to clue him into these traditions as he prepares for fatherhood. What are some fun ideas you've had for your SO in preparation for the new baby?

The only gift my SO will be getting is a son with no work involved on his part, LOL. But it is our 2nd kid so we've BTDT.

Sorry you and DH are going through a rough time; hopefully counseling helps. DH was hesitant to join my therapy sessions ages ago, but we both found it to be incredibly helpful.

Mine got 100% say in the nursery and name. Now we have a pretty awesome mini man cave complete with chrome accessories, James Dean/Marilyn Monroe poster, diamond plate switch covers, and so on. It turned out a lot less cheesy than I expected, and he's really enjoyed doing it.

He will get a healthy baby and the sanity returned to his wife. At least until someone does something stupid like giving unsolicited, bad parenting advice... Then all sanity bets are off! :P

I was going to make him a little gift basket/ bag for the hospital. Some snacks maybe a book etc.

I've never gotten DH anything. Am I a bad wife? I was considering getting him this tshirt i saw that says, "real men make girls". If this one (which is our last) is another girl!

I got him matching Under Armour polos for him and LO and a book for Father's Day this year. I think that will be it.

Not planning on anything, except for maybe some of his favorite protein bars and snacks for the hospital. I am giving him his first born and ruining my vagina in the process. I think that should be good

We just put over $20K into our house, and not really big on gifts especially with Christmas right around the corner, so really trying to keep it simple. Baby is gift enough
