Hey ladies! Apparently I am now a snorer. Yup! My poor husband wakes up from it many times a night and last night it was loud enough that he gave me the bed and went to the guest room in the middle of the night. I think I snored a little before this pregnancy but this pregnancy he has said it is a nightly thing.
I read that sleeping on your side helps which is what I do but anything else that you ladies have done that helps? Breathe Right strips maybe? I am a mouth breather and I know that's not good. I know there can also be some serious complications to heavy snoring like breathing problems etc. I will definitely bring it up to my doctor but wondering if anything works or I'm doomed to follow in my mom's snoring footsteps? Thanks!!
Re: Snoring
I tend to snore if I am in a deep hard sleep. Have no idea why.
Sorry your husband is waking up to it. My husband is a snorer as is my son. And my dog. Sometimes traveling can be so much fun to have 3 snorers in the room!

Haha that's hilarious about the video! My husband always says he is going to. My dad once did it to my mom and she was shocked how loud she was haha.
