I'm so skeptical but excited about this tomato cake. I improvised: no nuts, coconut, or raisins. But I did add a crumb topping (like on coffee cake)

I hope it's good!

And, here's a cute baby with a first-ever haircut

Edited to fix typo and add that I did half and half white sugar and brown sugar. And decreased it by 1/4 C but that bit went on as the topping

No, but J just asked me today if three was anything we could do with our million unripe tomatoes. I need the energy and inspiration first though lol.

And mh has been hounding me all day- "I just don't get the point of the tomatoes. If it's like coffee cake, why not just make coffee cake? I don't get what the tomatoes add"

I didn't know what to tell him. What is the point of tomatoes?

I don't really taste them :-/. I diced them small. I feel like they just add moisture
