What day is best for a birthday party?

Which day and why are you more willing to spend your time going to a birthday party. I've heard mixed and can't decide.

I prefer Saturday parties because Sundays are when we get stuff ready for the coming week. Parties on Sundays throw us off a bit.

Saturdays are more for fun and relaxation. Like PPs said, Sundays are more "getting stuff done after church to get ready for the week". Parties on Sundays always seem rushed.

Saturday got my vote. Sundays are more of a family day for us, where we try to do more relaxing, then getting ready for the week.

Sundays are our family relaxing/lazy days. So definitely saturday.

Depends on the guests. We do ours on Sunday after church because we are all together at church typically.

Sundays are for family and getting ready for the week. Saturday mornings around 10-11 are the perfect time.

Saturdays get my vote usually. However, we are having Lo's on a Sunday afternoon on December as it will be during a Packers football game and we usually are at a party regardless

SSM, have you been to a lot of kid's parties before? 5-7 would be just about the worst time EVER for a baby/toddler party. LOL

Saturdays but my husband works Saturdays so we will have CCs on Sunday because of this.

We do our parties on Sundays, but that's really just because my husband teaches music lessons on Saturdays. This also gives me plenty of time to clean and prep on Saturday. I like to have parties at noon or 1 and provide lunch.
