Yes! Started last week. I talked to my dr about it he said could be my gait has changed due to the extra weight. Also could be me sleeping on my side now as well.
Perhaps look into going to a chiropractor? They do wonders for bone/muscle pain. Ruling out gallbladder attacks, it may be just spine/neck alignment issue and you need to just get adjusted. FI suffers from shoulder pain and he uses a tennis ball on a wall or floor and just roll on it. It may help. Someone else suggested Yoga. It is a great option too.
Are you sleeping with a preggo pillow like a snoogle or something?
I've had issues with one of my shoulders since pre-preg and sleeping on that side causes issues like stiffness, soreness, and tingling. I find sleeping with a snoogle makes it incredibly worse because it doesn't really allow for changing of positions easily. I'd recommend experimenting with comfortable sleeping positions that avoids that side.
Same here. I initially had neck/shoulder pain that then progressed to numbness in the right arm. I went to an orthopedic specialist that sent me home with neck/shoulder exercises to do. That helped a little. The numbness has stopped, but it has now progressed to full-on carpal tunnel in both hands. I hate to say it, but it could be one of those quirky pregnancy symptoms (peripheral neuropathy) that will go away once you give birth.
