Weekend away

I posted a few weeks ago about leaving my daughter at my in laws for the weekend to go stay at my bro in laws. I was a hot mess leaving her but im proud that I did! I dont want to be afraid to go have some time away from time to time. I am going to have a fun weekend and not let myself worry about her :)

    Good for you! We have a weekend getaway in Palm Springs courtesy of my job in late September and I was talking to DH about leaving LO with my sister (Fri afternoon - Sun afternoon) and he is not all about it. His words were, "If I go, my son goes!"
    It's not just us mommies who have a hard time away from our LOs. :)

    I am glad to hear that some guys have a hard time too! I hope you guys have a great trip, whether lo goes or not :) I'm trying to go to sleep and of course wondering about my baby girl but it's 2:15am and can't ask in laws. I figured the bump can distract me for a little bit!
