How do you prep these? The directions say wash 3 times with hot water and a little bit of detergent. Is this the best way? MIL was trying to be helpful and bought Kissaluvs cotton fleece fitted. Not exactly what I asked for but she got these because they were cheaper. She also bought a cover, which says to wash on wash day (super helpful instructions) not to mention it is blue. Oh well, I'm glad she is trying to help I do appreciate it.

    Yes, wash a few times on hot. You can throw them in with your sheets or towels or white clothes or whatever. The cover just wash once and line dry.
    Then practice a little appreciation. Neither of my mild has ever bought or changed a single diaper for either of my children. Nothing wrong with a kissas fitted and a cover. And the cover won't bleed on other stuff.

    Also, what a weird question (and post in general). You already read the instructions, which generally will tell you the preferred method to prep.

    Thank you for your help. I will be taking a break from the bump, no need to respond anymore. My words came across wrong and dirty deleting is frowned about on my regular boards, so I won't bother. This board is usually very kind and helpful, I guess I picked the wrong day to post.     I have to say this board sometimes strikes me as intolerant/ unkind to those who don't frequently post here. The op asked a genuine question, there's no need to criticize her for it.

    I'm sure one of us would happily take those off your hands. Such they are a huge inconvenience and they just won't work for you.

    Can I call dibs on the fitteds? I've been itching to try some anyway.

    This might be a dumb question but I'll ask. Can't you just exchange them for what you want? Usually what I do with a gift after I graciously say thank you and how thoughtful the gift was.

    HAHAHAHA. Maybe if you have no sense of humor. This is probably the tamest board on TB... Just look at our UO threads. Also, someone please tell me what GBCB is.
