There's still time! I have to go to MIL's for dinner tonight so I would LOVE for some juicy craziness to unfurl to keep me distracted and so I don't beat her head in
Haven't been around for oh, a month!! Recap!! What have I missed? Any good d14 drama? I've been busy taking care of my heroin addicted SIL's baby (well, he's 5) while she is in rehab, cheer and football have started (I coach, my son plays, and my two girls cheer) found out I have just gestational diabetes (FUN!!!) other then that, life has been pretty calm ( yes, I'm being sarcastic)
We're talking about the gentleman and his partner who were having issues with others wanting to shower his daughter in pink, right? Or was there another "one dude"?
Oh there's another dude. Wulfgar. His wife is pregnant but he frequents our board and posts occasionally. It's um interesting...

I would be horrified if mh looked through the bump. It's my special shit talking vent zone. But this pertains to my other bmb since we've known each other for 3 years now and most of us are also fb friends. He does ask me if there is any good diaper drama going on sometimes when shit goes down lol. I mostly lie and tell him I'm on the bump all the time talking about diaper rashes and parenting philosophies

Ok, I'll start some shit. I want to know how @twolittledogs and I have the same EDD, yet she shows only 99 days to go on her ticker and I show 109 days on mine.
There's a conspiracy afloat here. Just because she's a mod she gets to shave 10 days off her pregnancy???
Side note: DH is away on a golf trip all weekend so it's just me and the two fur monsters. What can I binge watch all week on amazon or Netflix while I clean and craft and eat cookies? I've seen a lot of tv.... So I really need a hand.
Nuh uh. I checked my LilyPie one on another board and it says 109 days too. Yes, I'm 12/9 EDD. I was freaking out because I thought I hit double digits today and didn't even know. Now I'm bitter. :P

After that nanny post I'll advise you to steer clear of the lifetime movies...

Ditto- I'm 12/7 and I have more days left to go than TLD! Heh, it's all speculation anyway I suppose.
I just figured out I'll hit double digits on Labor Day. Nice synergy, there.
Yeah, it's all speculation, but it's fun. I'll probably be lucky and deliver on Thanksgiving Day or something. Eatin' turkey in the hospital!
I would be freaked out if my husband posted on here or read it, I tell him about stuff on here, but wouldn't want him to read it.
Oh, if my H posted on here, I would be freaked out too! I don't think he would ever be the least bit interested in posting. But, there are just some threads worth sharing with him!!! Haha.
MH has asked if he could make up a profile just so he could troll. I told him no, but if you see someone named bigboobies6699 I wouldn't trust anything they say as truth.
That thread had potential, but the OP was too understanding! Instead of accepting that she was thinking crazy, she should have started talking about how her child is sooooo beautiful and made a racial slur about her nanny. Then it would have been a REAL Friday thread.
There was another post about a 6 yr old helping herself to food while she was down stairs alone for 30 mins, but I can't find it now, I will look again after I have made dinner.
So, I shouldn't be leaving my 6 yo downstairs and let her get food on her own? Oops. I thought this was the best time to be fostering independence in a controlled environment.

She was taking junk food, and taking her parents junk food to, I can't find it now, I will look again. I think it may have been deleted, I was only reading it this morning. The little girl had eaten two donuts and the dad smacked her for it, mum was saying it was f ing driving her mad, she had been abandoned by her real mum and had some issues, all the step mum was bothered about was her eating the junk food, it was an odd post.
Yeah, that's sad and weird. My kids know what they can and can't eat, but like all kids they'll try to sneak in the sugar. Hell, I did it as a kid too. If they do sneak something they shouldn't then we discuss or they get a time out. Again, fostering the sense of responsibility, right and wrongs, etc.
