Car seat trouble

I am trying to reinstall my britax roundabout which we used with dd at about 6 months and I am finding the Velcro gets caught and the leg straps won't tighten. I do to remember this being an issue before. Thoughts?

    Have you tried posting on car seats for the littles on FB? They're usually helpful with things like this

    Call the customer service number on the seat! They were super helpful when I had a question on our now expired and tossed seat (I couldn't find it printed ANYWHERE on the seat itself)..  In my mind I'm thinking your issue is a super easy to fix one but without being there it's hard to say what specifically it is but Britax's people should be able to walk you through step by step!!
