69 babies? I'm just trying to figure out the logistics. Even with multiples, how is that possible? You're only fertile for a certain number of years. I assume there wasn't a lot of recovery time in between.

Did this woman live in a shoe, perhaps?

69 kids in 1700's Russia. Got to remember with no birth control back then depending on when your period comes back after giving birth you could easily have all your kids being about 18 months apart; closer if a wet nurse was used.

Also another one I read somewhere was that the youngest mother was 5.

To the youngest mother, here's a list of under 11. It's quite....disturbing. A lot were from many years ago, but there are some that are recent.
