AW: Baby Movements & Being Responsible

As a Nov'ender, a true infamous 28ther :D, I'm 26wks today and have started feeling lil man move quite a bit in the past week and a half. SQUEEEEEE!! The movements are getting stronger and it never. fails. that he always stops when dh puts his hand on my belly. Last night laying in bed I knew it would be anytime before lil man started dancing, sure enough right on cue and he gave a big kick/punch to dh's hand! Made my night!

And for being (more) responsible, dh & I are finally in process of getting life insurance. We really should have done this a couple of years ago when we bought our farm. Today one of the lab people are coming out to take some measurements and collect some labs (height, weight, urine sample & draw blood). WOO HOO - not really LOL. I hate love being an adult.

BFP#4 3/17/14 - rainbow Baby BOY arrived 11/10/14 !!

Re: AW: Baby Movements & Being Responsible

  • Good for you setting up life insurance.
    BABY GIRL, 11-11-14

  • Loading the player...
  • My DH also has had bad luck getting to feel baby kicks. LO stops moving when DH puts his hand on my stomach. Many times he will also stop moving when I put my hand on my stomach.

We have also been shopping for life insurance.  It can be overwhelming!

  • My LO always stops too when DH puts his hand on my belly..I guess she is shy!

  • Whenever baby girl is quiet and Dh wants to feel I just put on some upbeat music and hold it up to my tummy. Baby girl apparently has very good hearing because it ALWAYS gets her dancing.
  • I'm the opposite. Had super strong knock me over kicks for a few weeks, and now she's wedged into a position where I feel her all the time, but softer.

Up next in my 'responsible adult' list is a will and guardianship. :(
