Costochondritis

So after my first child I was diagnosed with costochondritis which is inflammation of chest wall muscles. Currently have it with second child anyone have any experience with this particular type of inflammation?

This sounds really uncomfortable! I don't have any experience with this specifically, but I am really sorry you ladies are dealing with it.

Any tips? I generally have it at night when I'm I'm bed or wake up with it?

Try sleeping in a recliner. I had a hard time with the sharp pain when I was laying flat.
